During somatic therapy sessions, Shay will gently reference your body language, physical sensations, and connection to your body as you describe adverse feelings or processes through traumatic memories. These physical reactions can help tell the story of your emotions.

Somatic therapy results and timelines look unique for every client. To start, Shay will meet with you once or twice weekly. Over time, you may decide to take more time between sessions.
